We will review your order when it's placed, or if you prefer to place an order by contacting us and not using the website we will input your order for you after we have discussed the details.

Your artwork will be reviewed to make sure it is in the correct format needed and we will reach out to help you if adjustments are required.

Need help with your design, no problem. We can do a simple layout for you, or a more complex design and will provide a quotation for design work.

If there are any problems with inventory on the item you would like we will notify you or make a suggestion for an alternate product.

And if you have a firm in-hands event date we will let you know right away if the product you chose can be produced and shipped in time for your event.

Your credit card is never charged for your web or phone orders until all details as well as your proof have been approved by you. No risk, no surprises.
